It’s time to take a different look at the way we minister to children, students, and families in our local churches. Research shows us that kids who are spiritual champions most often have parents in the home who make a considerable contribution to their spiritual influence. Unfortunately, far too many of our parents rely on the church to be responsible for the spiritual development of their kids. According to D6 (Deuteronomy 6:4-7), the responsibility rests on mom and dad.
The vision of the D6 conference is to champion a movement of parents connecting to their kids spiritually in order to transfer their faith and life values. This benchmark event will equip leaders with the tools and ideas they need to influence the parents in their church to be responsible for leading their kids spiritually.
